Specialty Cheeses

Following the USDA 's new healthy diet recommendation guide, Top This! offers reduced fat and lite mozzarella, reduced fat cheddar, reduced fat Monterey Jack, queso, vitamin fortified cheeses and many other flavors and varieties.

Eggs

Fresh eggs, specialty eggs (cage-free, organic, omega 3, etc.) and egg products (liquid, frozen, dried) all from flats to bag-in-the-box. Do you bake? We can blend your ratio of eggs, oil and milk (your wet ingredients) and cut your production time and cost.

We can recycle your food containers to help improve your "green" footprint or supply you recycled containers approved by the health department for your manufacturing packaging needs.

Oils

Do you dip or pour? Salad dressings become your own when you make them with olive or custom oils and your bread speaks when dipped in the right oil. If you need Pomace, Extra Virgin or any other kind of oil blend, locally blended and packaged, we'll deliver the right product at the right price.
